Connect in three steps

  1. Copy the connection address.

  2. Add it to your AI as a custom connector.In your AI’s settings, add a custom MCP connector and paste the address. Choose OAuth sign-in when offered. No Health API key is needed.
  3. Sign in to Health and choose Allow.You can narrow or revoke access later in Settings.

Use this exact address when adding a custom MCP connector. Choose OAuth sign-in and the client’s published identity (CIMD), when offered. Allow authorizes ordinary private reads, saves and attached evidence; inspect, narrow or revoke access in your AI settings. Shared Lists need a separate selection.

Connection status

The OAuth endpoint is enabled for verified clients. Sign in and Allow creates normal private read/write access; Connections can narrow or revoke it. No named AI client lifecycle is claimed as verified.

No client is advertised as supported until its full connection, write, media and revoke lifecycle has been verified.

Use a manual brief

Choose records, export the context and give that brief to your AI. Save its response with its author, sources and date. You decide what leaves your account.
