This release
The public preview contains invented records. Preview edits are held in page memory and reset when the page reloads. Do not enter real health information in the preview.
Private account design
Health records belong to an authenticated owner. Every data and original-media path must check that ownership. A connected AI receives the abilities you allow, and connections can be narrowed or revoked.
Originals and derived material
Original files, viewing copies and transcripts remain distinct. A transcript never replaces its recording, and a source URL does not prove its original bytes have been saved.
Admin access
Operational account information and error metadata are separate from private health content. The admin pages do not provide a reader for your medical records.
Your decisions
Sharing, export and permanent deletion are separate person-controlled actions. Archive preserves recoverable records.
